Home Balance of System Solutions for Solar Integrators

About Us

SolarBOS is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of electrical 'Balance of System' products for the North American Solar Industry. SolarBOS was founded by Jason Schripsema in 2004. In the years since, SolarBOS has designed, built, and provided products to most of the major solar installers in the US and Canada and has supported well over 150 MW of PV projects. We have over 5,000 products in the field to date and continue to develop new solutions for our customers.

The SolarBOS advantage is our deep understanding of PV systems and technology coupled with our flexible ETL listings and experience in manufacturing. We can provide our customers with many different options and features for very competitive prices. Our products and solutions allow system designers, engineers, and project managers to design and install their PV systems any way that works best for them.

BOS solutions are what we do at SolarBOS. Our products are well thought out, designed, and engineered for long-term field reliability and ease of installation. They are not an afterthought from an inverter manufacturer. We are not another "me too" UL508 shop that barely understands PV. Our experience in PV goes back to 1999 and we believe it shows in what we do and how we do it.
